Below you can find our introductory, intermediate and advanced study kits.
Without in any way compromising on the quality of our oils we offer kits to colleges commited to the highest standards in aromatherapy.
The reason whole oils are used rather than cheaper or out of date conventional oils produced to a price is that the properties of the oils used for aromatherapy may depend on molecules present in the oils in tiny quantities. Some molecules are very tiny and within 18 months many have oxidised.
Professional quality oils will never be the cheapest but they will be the freshest and it speaks for itself that 1700 professional aromatherapists order from us. If the oils dont work they dont get paid!
Storage Boxes. Students love the highly professional look of the Shirley Price therapist storage box. This contains a foam insert which holds 50 oils in a tray. There is space underneath for carriers and creams. The Sp box is in a very attractive elmwood, is well proportioned, has robust handle and clasps and is reasonably priced at £50. Buy a college kit of oils and the price comes down to £25. We also supply a variety of other boxes.
Every year the Sp staff source essential and plant oils which we believe to be the finest in the world for sale to professional aromatherapists, use in our college kits and Essentia organic cosmetics and bodycare. These are unrefined 'true' pure essential oils and vegetable oils grown under contract where possible with aromatherapy use in mind with no chemicals added or taken away. Your purchase supports the Shirley Price International College of Aromatherapy. Thankyou.
For 35 years we have endeavoured to create products which are as natural as possible and as long lived as practical. After all it is possible to add essential oils to cream from the fridge to create a nourishing moisture cream but it will last you only a few days.
When we say organic we mean it. Where the organically farmed oil is more expensive we list the conventionally farmed oil as an alternative,
